Data Deletion
This page explains how to have your data removed from probably.living and from anything Questionable Encouragement holds. The honest summary: there is very little to remove, and most of it was never ours to begin with.
Data held by this website
probably.living is a static site with no accounts, forms, comments, cookies or analytics. The only data it touches is the web server's request log (IP address, browser type, page, time), which is discarded automatically after 30 days. Nothing else is stored, so there is nothing else to delete.
Data held on our channels
Comments, likes, follows and messages you leave on our YouTube or Facebook channels are stored by those platforms, not by us. You can remove them yourself at any time:
- YouTube: open your YouTube comment history to delete comments, and use the channel page to unsubscribe. Google's own deletion tools are at myaccount.google.com.
- Facebook: use your Activity Log to delete comments and reactions, and unfollow or unlike the Page from the Page itself. If you connected a Meta app and want it removed, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
If you message us directly on either platform, you can delete the conversation from your side, and we will delete our copy on request.
Asking us to delete something
Email csheprd4@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us which platform and which account or message you mean. We act on requests within 30 days and reply to confirm when it is done. We may ask you to confirm the request from the account in question so we do not delete someone else's data by mistake.
What we cannot delete
We cannot remove data held by YouTube, Google or Meta on their own systems, including their logs, backups and analytics. Use the links above or contact those platforms directly for that.
Changes
